Mike Depalma and Jared Trimboli win Highland!
All the weather reports said saturday we'd be hit by thunderstorms but they held up just long enough to get the tournament in. With the clouds and wind and prestorm conditions it seemed like we'd hammer them, but highland fished tough with not many big fish brought to the scales.
One team figured them out and ran away with this one. Mike and Jared weighed 12.8lbs including a 4.2lb lunker largemouth to win by three and a half pounds. This is Mikes second win this season and Jared second win on Highland in a row, Nice job guys!
Second place went to Kevin Kohler and Frank Kavanagh with a mixed bag for 8.15.
