 “Who
is Mark Lassagne” A full time Professional Angler
and Licensed Guide. Based in California. Fishing competitively
for over ten years. Mark is married to Lisa and has three
children. Mark is one of the few anglers that knows he
needs to focus his career on both the promotional side
of the business, and tournament angling.
“Being
sponsored by a company is being employed by that company,
a sponsored pro needs to provide exposure and increase
sales”
Mark enjoys conducting classes and seminars at trade shows,
tackle shops and bass clubs. Mark is a featured speaker
on the ISE shows on the Super Tanker and has guided the
Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World TV show. He supports sponsors
through articles, dealer promotions, consumer shows, on
the water instructions and direct contact with tackle
shop owners. Exposure is also gained through tournament
participation, pictures, and articles along with fishing
reports the Internet. Taking every opportunity to promote
his sponsor products on and off the water, after a guide
trip Mark will take the clients to the local tackle shop
and consult them on which “sponsors” products
to purchase.
 The
quality of exposures provided is valued by the credibility
of the angler. The level of angling success accomplished
has placed him in a position to provide a high level of
credibility. Mark has qualified for the BASSMASTER Top
150, three West Coast Bass Classic, BFL Regional five
times along with many team championships. These achievements
combined with a focus on sponsorship promotion will continue
to advance the exposure he provides sponsors and help
to build his overall career success.
Competing in the most publicized events in the Western
United States will maximize sponsor’s exposure.
Mark will focus on Circuits such as B.A.S.S. BFL, Won
Bass, Western Bass and Anglers Choice. Following with
the objective to build a successful sponsorship program
and to insure continued sponsor relationships for years
to come, Mark enjoys working with sponsors and with products
he believes in. To properly address the market and enhance
his level of success, Mr. Lassagne will work together
with his sponsors to design a program to meet their specific
needs. |
