Bryan began fishing as a kid in northern California,
Primarily for Trout.
At the age of 12, he moved to Eastern Oregon where
he was an active hunter and fisherman, again primarily
for trout and catfish.
After graduating from High School in 1985, Bryan Joined
the United States Air Force and was stationed in Idaho.
In Idaho, he continued fishing and hunting as a hobby.
In 1989 Bryan was transferred to Germany where situations
limited the ability to fish.
In
1993, Bryan was again transferred, this time to the
hunting and fishing paradise of Alaska. Here he fished
for King, Silver and various other varieties of Salmon
as well as Northern Pike, Dolly Varden Trout, Arctic
Grayling, Arctic Char, Sea Bass and the huge “Barn
Door” Halibut Alaska is known for.
After Alaska, Bryan moved to Texas in 1996 and was introduced
to Bass Fishing. Here, Bryan did catch a few nice Bass,
but was preoccupied with a dirt track racing hobby and
did not devote as much time as he would have like to
Bass.
After Texas, Bryan moved to Nebraska, where he got quite
a lot more involved in Bass fishing. In 2001, he bought
his first boat and began limited tournament fishing.
It was in 2001 he caught his first fish over 5 pounds
and the rest, as they say, is history. He has been seriously
victimized by the Bass bug ever since! |
