Wow good find Brendan. In NY we all have to wear our PFD's all winter (Nov to May). So most guys like myself went and bought inflatable PFD's for comfort and convienience. Bet you it's because they had to mass produce them. 90 percent of the fisherma

The guys who find those big prespawn females that are moving into those slightly deeper staging areas outside the spawning bays/coves are going to have fresh fish coming to them each day. Depending on the moon phase, water temps and level these good

I think somebody will find a way into a small backwater and camp there for all three days. He'll have to pushh his way in because its so shallow at the entrance. He's going to use a small square bill and soft plastics on wood. He won't have company

Thank God we are still at only 29. Guess all the new red light cameras are giving them the extra income for NY...lol. Still say we have a crazy start and end date for the licenses.

New York annual resident fishing license for freshwater only is $29 for 2011-2012. (NY fishing/hunting year is Oct 1 to Sept 30.) Marine/Saltwater doesn't have a fee, but you do have to register and have that paperwork on you to fish.
