i think there are closing the 24 hour parking lot at night or
all day for 4-6 months

I was tube fishing from the West side today for a couple hours and they told me to be off the water by 4:45PM. Probably due to the cutbacks in L.A. county they are closing the East side 24hrs section. I'll try and talk to someone and let you know for sure.

I thought they did that last year as well?
