Technique is called “Drop Shotting” and to put it simply, it allows you to suspended your lure while maintaining contact with the bottom. It’s rigged with the lure tied above the weight. This allows you to “shake” or “twink” your lure while keeping it in the strike zone. I've yet to try dropshotting. Brendan, What type of knot do you use on the hook? I want to try it, but not sure of the knot.
