Or Sinko de Mayo, can't ever get it right. Here's the True story

The early Spanish settlers in Florida had a real taste for mayonise and a whole armada of ships set sail from Spain loaded down with barrels full of it...

Supposedly a huge storm sunk the armada and all was lost..said that's why they call it Sinko De Mayo day

Thanks Ukey.... I thought it was Senko de Meo.

Legend in LA has it that it is celebrated on the fifth day because five is the number of beers you have to drink before they let you have a shot of Tequila.

Yeah I hear ya Ukey! It's tough being the haute catorsmen of BassinUSA.

I think there were at least 5 revolutions in Mexico during the past century too!

Well OK I might be wrong on that... it may have been 6 and a half.

And come to think of it I've heard stories that the high 5 originated on Cinco de Mayo.
