72 degree water temp, green algi growth in water
fished East side from boat ramp up past pier area
caught (two) 2.5 lb LMB on drop shot with 3 foot space with small hook on a green minnow plastic. float tube. fished 7:00AM to 11:00AM

were you on your boat also where were you when you caught that bass

what do you catch most of your fish with what lure

I float tube in the Castaic Lagoon a lot. That particular bass was caught & released from the East side of the lake about 200 yds North of the fishing pier about 50' from shore in 25' of water.
I always use lures or artificial plastics.
Roboworms-rigged Texas or Carolina - drop shot
Red Devil Spoons
Mepps Spinners
Jiggs - tube style.

I've caught most of my larger fish on the West side from Paradise Cove, center of rocks by spillway, all the way up to the swim beach area.

It was good to see you out there. I ended up catching one really small one and farming two. Of the two I farmed one seemed like it was in the six pound range judging by the hardness of the pull. I did get to see its head when it came up to the surface just before it got off. The other was quite small as well.

I'll most likely be out there Thursday in the morning again this week.
