No they are just nipping at it, then I dead stick, reel up any slack, feel the fish, and set the hook. Going back out Wednesday for another round. Good news was I stopped at a local tackle shop and he had a 2 for 1 swim jig sale going on.

Brendan the best color combo I have used is PB&Jelly jig and a green pumpkin zoom speed craw trailer,

90% of my fish were hooked in the top of the mouth or in the top of the jaw. You know what that means great hook ups, and the bass are wanting the jig.
