If you are having trouble logging into the message boards, and you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, please try the follwing. Add www.bassinusa.com to your "Trusted Site List":

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.

2. Navigate to the website that you want to add to a specific security zone (You are already at http://www.bassinusa.com so skip this step).

3. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

4. Click the Security tab, and then click the security zone Trusted Sites.

5. Click Sites button.

6. Uncheck the box that says Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.

7. The website should be shown in the Add this website to the zone field. Click Add.

8. Click Close, and then click OK.

9. Close Internet Explorer and then re-open Internet Explorer

10. Navigate back to www.bassinusa.com, click on Message Boards and try to Log In
