Here's what I found for you. This Marina is supposed to have maps. Here is their information, give them a call:

There is not much info on their site, but I did find a message board post that discloses some information about fishing the Ohio. He was giving advise for the First week in October. Here's what it said:

"I fish the rivers and that time of year, your best bet would be to lock thru smithland dam and fish the creeks in the smithland area.you can get a map of all 3 rivers at the Golconda marina at smithland.Their web site is golcondamarina.com best baits will be spinnerbaits and crankbaits,and there is alot of wood and laydowns to throw at.good luck"
