Scott, you should do fine on Table Rock and Bull shoals, these for the most part are serpentine lakes, not overly wide , but can get some waves if the wind is right. Depends on where you chose to fish where to put in, I'm very familiar with the Missouri parts of the lakes and some of Arkansas. Both are fairly deep-clear lakes and deep presentations with light line is needed unless you are night fishing. Be prepared to fish lots of rock cover and to depths exceeding twenty feet in summer. Grubs, jigs and pigs and deep crankbaits work best. Also, any rock-sand or gravel points should be fished with a Storm Wiggle Wart-shad pattern, down to about eight feet, fish parallel to the shoreline. Clown colored rouges are also good as is topwater baits like the Zara Spook in light colors. Locate the major creek channels for best sucess and prod secodary coves. Bull Shoals, check the Cow Pen, the confluence of the North Fork and Pond Fork rivers-Headwaters. Also the K-Dock area and Elbo Bend are good. For table Rock, Try the Kiberling City area of the main lake, the Jmaes River and Flat Creek-basically the same baits and depths. Hope this helps.
