We're looking for information on the results of the NY Fed Club Team Event this past weekend at Lake Champlain.
Anyone out there have any information? How about sharing with us?
Thanks up front. JoeMo

Joe,
The federation still has not posted the results. I am eager to see how I placed, because I was only 1 1/2 lbs out of the money and the money was 2 & 3 place within ounces of each other. The team also did very well. Hopefully they will post something soon.

Brendan's Team finished in 14th place in the NYState B.A.S.S. Federation Club Team Event. The Club's finishing higher than LIB were: 1st Rip Van Winkle Bassmasters 2nd Adirondack 3rd Crown City 4th Rochester Bassmasters 5th Watershed Bassmasters 6th Niagara Frontier 7th Southern Tier 8th Finger Lakes 9th Hudson Valley 10th Port City 11th Capital District 12th Albany Bassmasters 13th Salt City 14th Long Island Bassmasters
The only Team Total Weights I have are: Rip Van Winkle 132.66 lbs. Adirondack 125.26 lbs.
plus LIB with 97.36 lbs.
Brendan: You and your Team did yourselves proud. (I don't feel I should list the LIB individual standings until Brendan has them.)
Great job! JoeMo

Well, I understand Brendan was out winning another tournament yesterday and I also understand that he knows the Individual Scoring at last week's NY Federation Club Team Event (CTE)
OK, I will post Brendan's Team's statistics with the proviso that if other NY Teams want their Team's Scoring on this Board, they can come aboard at any time and do so. Everybody hear me out there?
Name Day 1 Day 2 Total Brendan Cucinello 14.93 12.38 27.31 Eric Fieldstadt 11.52 14.99 26.51 Vinny Visco 3.78 10.50 14.28 Robin Calitri 11.36 2.40 13.76 Troy Duran 4.36 6.55 10.91 Emory Butts, Sr. 1.60 2.99 4.59
Team Totals 47.55 49.81 97.36
LET'S HEAR IT FOR BRENDAN and HIS TEAM!!!!!!
By the way, it was held on Lake Champlain. (Lake Wall-to-Wall-Bass) lol

Joe,
As always, the NYS Federation did a great job handling this tournament. Everyone on the team did a great job. Remember that I was the only "boater" on the team. We had a good showing and everyone worked as a team both on and off the water.
As the team captain, I just want to thanks to Robin, Eric, Emory, Vinny & Troy for the hard work they put in. For some of these guys, it was there first time fishing a two-day tournament and I think they have a newly found respect for this type of competition.

Right, B.C.! If anyone is inclined to expect much sleep before and during the actual days of competition, they are in for a big surprise. The food is usually great and so is the spirit of friendship with your Team Mates and with the other Competitors. It makes for a great time.
Sleep didn't arrive until Sunday night either up there or back home.
One last time, great job guys. We'll be looking for some pictures as they become available.
Brendan, you fished an exceptional tournament. Great job, my friend. JoeMo

How - That's a tuff one. I followed their migration route from one of their spawning areas until I found them in a summer holding pattern.
Why - Because I located a school of 3-4 pound Smallies in practice on some nice structure in deep water... and I'd rather catch BIG smallies!!!
There were some nice Largemouth mixed in with them too, so it made for a great way to finish in the top 10.
All my fish were caught using a 4" Senko on 8 lb test. The water was crystal clear where I was fishing. I had to make really long casts at the structure and stay off it to get bit. If the wind blew me over the top, the fish turned off. On the first day, I caught and landed 8 bass on 10 casts. My partner words exactly were "I wouldn't believe it, if I didn't see it with my own eyes". (Russ BassDozer, I hope you're reading this..)
Well, enough said...
Good Fishing Ray
