I dont know of any "smallmouth only" trails, but anything on Lake Erie or its connecting waters is usually going to result in large (I mean large) numbers of smallies!

there is a bass club in buffalo that holds a few open tournaments on lake erie they are the niagara fronteir bassmasters you can get more info from there web page or on NYBASSFED.com at one of there tournaments last year there was 3 smallies over 7 lbs weight in and 50 over 6lbs and over 200 5lbers and it was a 2 fish tourney with a winning weight over 13 lbs
We have a tournament here in Wisconsin called the Door County Open. Most of the fish if not all are smallies. Last year they had 250 boats fishing in it. I think it starts in May sometime. web page basslurereviews.com homepage
