Has anyone out there fished Makepeace Res. in NJ?

Paulie- We will see if any of our Pro Staff Members or other Board Members have had any experience on the res that you mentioned.

That was "Makepeace Reservoir", correct?

Paulie- I asked around and didn't come up with much.

However, I went to Google.com and dialed in Makepeace Reservoir NJ. I found out that the Indians "made peace" by sharing cranberries many years ago. (Thus, the name)

Also that it is in Atlantic Co., res. totals 300 acres, has a car top launch, no boat ramp and only allows electric motors.

There were a few posts about fishing, most of which were complaints about small or no fish and also about shallow water.

Anybody else out there who might be able to help out Paulie?
