Great topic... it's funny how much we all talk to one another but don't know much about each other.

Mine are as follows and not in any particular order:

Playing music... Lead Guitar, drums, keyboard, brass, woodwinds, vocals, you name it.

Playing Golf (I'm no Tiger Woods either)

Writing, articles, short stories, etc.

Website and Graphic art design.

Playing Chess.

Fly Tying - Fly Fishing (I only put this down because serious Bass Fishermen frown on it.)

In general, I am always open to new challenges in hobbies and sports. I find that my list changes from year to year, the above are just the ones that have stuck with me.
